OX INDUSTRIES ENTERS INTO AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE TWO MIDWEST URB MILLS
Hanover, PA – Ox Industries is excited to announce they have entered into a definitive agreement to purchase two URB locations in Aurora, IL and Eaton, IN from WestRock Company (NYSE: WRK). With this acquisition, Ox will onboard an estimated 150 employees between two URB locations with 85,000 tons of capacity and converting capabilities adding to the company’s optimized assets. The transaction is expected to close before 2022 year’s end.
