To Our Valued Customers:

 

In an effort to ensure your supply continuity during this evolving coronavirus event, we have initiated a process to secure our employees safety and mitigate any impact to our supply chain and our customer deliveries.  We are monitoring all federal guidance and any statewide health advisories in the locations in which we operate.

We have highlighted four main areas to ensure timeliness of deliveries and employee safety:

  • Quality and Safety: We have provided employee sanitation procedures and health and safety guidelines for employees.  We are working with key suppliers to ensure safety measures in delivery of goods and services and to ensure a normal delivery schedule.
  • Raw Material and Finished Goods Inventory: We have assessed our material supply chain to make sure we have no bottlenecks due to international travel exposure.  We have ensured that we are keeping finished goods inventory in safe and secure locations and at quantity levels to ensure timely delivery.
  • Extended Customer Forecast: We are requesting that customers alert their Ox Customer Service Representative if heightened demand for typical products we supply arises.
  • Increased Communications: We will provide periodic updates on efforts in our manufacturing facilities and supply chain as we progress through this changing event.

We continue to maintain our RPTA certification that products produced by our certified paper mills and production facilities are suited for direct food contact packaging applications.  Please know that safety is a key component of our mission statement and in our core values.  We will remain vigilant throughout this process and sincerely thank you for your business.
