Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000

GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Production Manager supervises production and maintenance, including scheduling machines, planning and assigning work, maintenance work orders, production reporting, facility maintenance, and inventory management. The role involves implementing policies and procedures, recommending improvements, and being on-call continuously.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuously improve production in all areas, balancing quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale.
- Eliminate or control hazardous conditions.
- Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce costs and waste.
- Develop and implement a Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Responsible for all facility maintenance and coordinating work with outside vendors.
- Responsible for employee training, coaching, and discipline.
- Implement and monitor performance tracking metrics.
- Provide leadership and training to accomplish plant goals and objectives.
- Lead a culture of success and maintain a safe work environment.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on all aspects of production, maintenance, and staffing.
