At Ox, generations of papermakers work at our mills: grandfathers, fathers and sons, extended families, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Papermaking gets in your blood and becomes part of your DNA.

The mill workers are astute in their trade, mechanically inclined, and solution-oriented. Many have entered the industry to spend their entire careers producing a quality paper product, teaching others the skills of the trade, and leading teams through the process.
