Ox Specialty Paper is pleased to announce that Mike Grover has joined the organization as General Manager of its Carthage, New York paperboard mill.
Mike brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across paper manufacturing, recycled paperboard operations, and mill management. Throughout his career, he has led complex, 24/7 manufacturing environments with a focus on safety, quality, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
Most recently, Mike served as General Manager for Greif, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he led a 180-employee recycled paperboard mill with full P&L responsibility. His background also includes leadership roles with Caraustar, Santa Clara Paperboard, Newark Recycled Paperboard Solutions, Wisconsin Paperboard, The Newark Group, and Champion International.
Known for his servant leadership style and ability to build strong, accountable teams, Mike brings deep experience in both union and non-union environments, labor relations, and process improvement. His leadership will play a key role in continuing to strengthen operations in Carthage.
