Salary Range:$65,000.00 to $80,000.00 Annually
GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Ox Specialty Paper, part of Ox Industries, is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Supervisor to lead operations at our Carthage, NY facility. This position oversees production crews, ensures safety and quality standards are met, and helps maintain efficient and consistent manufacturing performance.
The Production Supervisor works closely with team members and other departments to plan schedules, monitor output, resolve issues, and maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment. Candidates should have at least three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams toward achieving daily goals. Experience in paper manufacturing is preferred but not required.
