OX Industries Announces Operation Management Changes

Hanover, PA – OX Industries, one of the fastest-growing vertically integrated recycled paperboard and converted products companies in North America, today announced several operation management changes within its organization according to CEO Kevin Hayward.

Mark Wallace has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. He began his career in 1992 at the Newark Group in their mill division. He spent 7 years with Corenso North America involved with their mill and tube and core divisions. He has been a valuable member of the OX Industries executive team since 2012 and has built a great team to lead OX into the future.

Jeff Lyman has been named the new Vice President of Mill Operations. Jeff has been the General Manager of the Pekin Mill for the last six years. Jeff’s career began in 1986 at Tama Paperboard. There he worked his way up to become a Supervisor and then later the Mill Superintendent. In 2008, Jeff left Tama to become the Production Manager at Rock-Tenn Dallas. The professional experience and knowledge Jeff has gained throughout his career make him a perfect fit to lead our Mill Division into the future.

Tim Michaels has been named the Vice President of Tube & Core Operations. Tim has been the General Manager at the Constantine Mill for four years. Prior to coming to OX, Tim was the Plant Manager at Corenso’s Tube & Core operation for nine years and Plant Manager at Western Container for two years. Tim’s leadership skills and experience on the mill and converting side will aid in his success in his new position as OX continues to expand its converting operations.

Michael Raymond will be the new General Manager of the Constantine Mill. Michael comes to OX from Caraustar Industries where he was the General Manager. Before working for Caraustar, he was the Plant Manager at The Newark Group Mobile Paperboard and The Newark Group Haverhill Paperboard, as well as various other supervisory positions through the years. Michael’s manufacturing and managerial experience will greatly contribute to his future success at Constantine.
